This policy is for 12Volt products only. SPL Boxes are excluded. LTL shipments are subject to a $45charge. This Shipping Policy does not apply to shipments to PR, USVI, or outside DOW’s territory. DOW shall select the shipping carrier and method of delivery. Special carrier requests, returns, and additional charges for oversized, gated, residential, lift gate, or same day, next day, overnight, or Saturday deliveries shall be paid by the customer. All products must be inspected thoroughly prior to acceptance. All shipping damage must be noted at time of delivery. This Policy is subject to change in DOW’s sole discretion.
